Q
What is the minimum lot amount?
A
We accept mass production orders from 1,000 units. In the case of trial manufacture, we can accept lot amounts less than that. Please inquire.

Please store the product away from high temperatures and humidity.
Further, if you have concerns about storage or usage environment, we can also offer suggestions for rust-resistant raw materials.

What is the lead time for delivery of trial manufacture products?
A
It takes about one month from the start of work on the die to presentation of the sample.

Can you do post-processing such as carburizing and cutting?
A
Depending on the type, post-processing, including carburizing and quenching, is also possible. For details, please inquire.

What is the approximate production capacity per die?
A
Per item, the maximum monthly production volume we have achieved is 10 million units.

Is there a limit to the size of items you can handle?
A
We have manufactured an item that has a minimum inside diameter of 0.5 mm.

Up to what tonnage press do you have?
A
We have presses ranging from 0.3 to 20 tons.

Does your press method use single-cavity dies?
A
Yes. We only use single-cavity dies. Our press can handle a given amount of shots relatively quickly, so there is little advantage in using multi-cavity dies.

Where are the manufacturing plants?
A
Besides Japan, we also have plants in Dalian and Zhuhai in China, so it is also possible to transfer manufacturing from Japan to China.
Plant equipment, components, and so on are all exported from Japan to each of our production bases in China, so the quality of the Japan-made and China-made products is the same.

We can’t choose the best materials and impregnation oil for our usage conditions.

Based on our long experience and technical prowess as a dedicated powder metallurgy manufacturer, we will recommend the best materials and impregnation oil for you.
Types of materials we handle include copper, iron, iron-copper alloy, brass, SS, and tungsten. Impregnation oils we handle are mineral oil, synthetic oil, and fluorine oil, with viscosity in the range of 10 cSt to 200 cSt. Our selection for you will be based on these.

Are oil-impregnated bearings the only Peace-Lon products available?
A
We also manufacture Peace-Lon gears, pulleys, and other machine parts.
With our technology as a dedicated small parts maker, we are manufacturing precision small machine parts with an outer diameter of less than 22 mm.
