Since the establishment of the company, we have specialized in producing small sintered parts, focusing mainly on small oil-impregnated bearings "Peace-lon". We have accumulated the knowledge and technics for over 6 decades in this industry, allowing us to be a tech-oriented partner with our customers. Motor Noise? Motor Life? Cost? 2In-house R&D of materials and tooling
We have over 60 kinds of raw materials for our parts which are developed internally for better performance of each customer. Furthermore, we make tooling internally as well which enables us for quick and flexible tooling production. Additionally, we can also provide post-processing on the products.
3Tech-oriented, inquisitive mind of the team
The production machines and equipment in our factories are all designed and manufactured in-house, and our team has strong motivation for improving our quality and technology always in the production line. This Kaizen spirit in the production line has made the brand "Peace-lon" better than others in this industry.
